Hey, I’m Ethan. I’m the guy behind the camera, but you’ll also find me sneaking extra spoonfuls of pudding between shots.
Photography started as a way to escape boring desk jobs, but when Emily asked if I could “make pudding look crave-worthy,” I took it as a challenge. Turns out, it’s a lot harder than it seems! There’s something weirdly beautiful about gooey layers and imperfect banana slices. I like to keep things real—no fancy lighting, no filters, just good food and the mess that comes with making it.
Banana Bliss is the only place where I’m allowed (even encouraged) to play with my food. I love capturing the chaos of recipe testing: flour on faces, spoons in midair, and that one moment when someone sneaks a bite before the photo is done. The best shots, I’ve learned, are the messy ones.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m probably making jokes about “finding the light”—or helping clean up after another recipe experiment gone wild. If you ever want to know how many bananas it takes to get the perfect overhead shot… trust me, it’s more than you think.
